Cassia is an evergreen tree originating in southern China and now widely cultivated in southern and eastern Asia. Highlands in the north of Vietnam are cultivating cassias, processing and supplying to over the world with high quality and special flavors.
Cassia is one of several species of cinnamon used primarily for its aromatic bark, which is used as a spice.
