Fresh dragon fruit

Vietnam can cultivate dragon fruits throughout the year. The two largest areas of Vietnam's dragon fruits are known are Binh Thuan and Long An.
Dragon fruit is also called "white pitaya". The mild taste of dragon fruit flesh is often remarked upon. Dragon fruit contain slight amounts of calcium, iron, phosphorus, and other nutrients.
